Accounting Clerk

Seeking a detail-oriented and dependable individual to join the accounting department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers, maintaining accurate records, and supporting daily accounting operations.

Hours are Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm with flexibility as needed.

Job Description:

• Collecting and preparing the daily deposit

• Creating miscellaneous billings to outside sales


• Assisting with maintaining records for Iowa Specialty Hospital - Foundation.


o Includes processing invoices for payment, recording memorial and donation funds, along with preparing acknowledgement letters. Basic Microsoft Excel knowledge is preferred.


Requirements/Experience:

• Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook


• High School degree or equivalent

• Previous office experience preferred
