The Opportunity We're looking for a skilled Cabinet / Furniture Maker who takes pride in craftsmanship and wants to work on high-end, custom projects. Our work goes beyond traditional woodworking, our pieces often incorporate metal, stone, parchment, and other premium materials to create truly unique results.

Key Responsibilities - Craft custom furniture and millwork to the highest quality standards
- Read and interpret shop drawings, layouts, and specifications
- Perform milling, assembly, veneering, and prep for finishing
- Work independently on projects from start to finish
- Execute precise joinery and advanced woodworking techniques
- Maintain and sharpen hand tools (chisels, planes, etc.)
- Protect materials and in-progress work throughout fabrication
- Track time and meet project deadlines (occasional overtime may be needed)
- Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors
- Help lead projects and support team members when needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
What We're Looking For - 3+ years of experience in a woodworking or cabinet shop (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of woodworking machinery, tools, and setup
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve on the fly
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Mechanical aptitude and strong manual dexterity
- Team-oriented mindset with solid communication skills
- Willingness to learn, grow, and share knowledge with others
- Pride in craftsmanship and a humble, professional attitude

Location & Benefits Location: Northampton, MA
(must be able to reliably commute or relocate)
Salary: $18 - $30/hour , based on experience and skill level
