Requirements

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Certificate from an ADA-accredited Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency program
• Eligible for Florida dental licensure
• Board-certified or board-eligible surgeons, including residents nearing completion, are welcome to inquire
