Job Title: Passenger Shuttle Driver
Location: White Plains & Elmsford, NY
Service Area: White Plains Metro-North Station to Elmsford, NY
Approximate Distance: 3–4 miles each way / approximately 6–8 miles round trip
Compensation: $40 round trip per passenger, per day
Expected Passengers: Approximately 4–8 passengers daily
Potential Daily Gross: $160–$320 per day, depending on number of passengers transported
Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable, professional, and safety-conscious Passenger Shuttle Driver to provide scheduled transportation for employees traveling between the White Plains Metro-North Station and their work location in Elmsford, NY .
This is a scheduled employee transportation assignment requiring multiple morning pickups and afternoon/evening/overnight return trips. The driver must be extremely reliable and able to consistently meet scheduled pickup and return times.
LOCAL DRIVER REQUIREMENT: The driver must live and regularly operate within the White Plains/Elmsford area. No exceptions. Candidates should live no more than approximately 5 miles from the White Plains and Elmsford service area and be able to respond quickly to schedule changes or transportation issues.

Scheduled pickup times:
Elmsford → White Plains Station
Scheduled return times:
Drivers must be available for the assigned pickup and return schedules. Because the final return is at 1:00 AM , candidates must be comfortable driving late at night.
Compensation
The driver will receive $40 per passenger, per day for round-trip transportation .
The anticipated passenger volume is approximately 4–8 passengers per day .
Based on passenger volume:
Payment is based on passengers actually transported under the agreed transportation arrangement.
Driver Responsibilities
The Passenger Shuttle Driver will be responsible for safely and reliably transporting passengers between White Plains Station and the designated Elmsford location.
Responsibilities include arriving before scheduled pickup times, confirming passenger pickups, safely loading and unloading passengers, maintaining communication regarding delays or transportation issues, following all New York traffic and safety laws, maintaining a clean and professional vehicle, and ensuring passengers arrive at their destination safely and on time.
The driver must maintain dependable transportation and have a backup plan for reasonable vehicle-related issues to minimize disruptions to scheduled passenger transportation.
